MPlayer-mingw32-dev-CVS-* - latest CVS snapshot compiled for Windows

If you wish to use a binary codec package, make sure you grab the Windows
one from http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design7/codecs.html,
the Linux packages will not work correctly.
