Use Chinese Fonts In Linux

all the fonts are downloaded from the internet, if they are not free to be
used, please tell me.

[*] Introduction

1. for stardict -- a very powerful free electronical dictionary

tahoma.ttf
thryn___.ttf

2. for ancient chinese words

hannomH.zip

3. for current chinese words

others

[*] Usage

1. download them

$ lftp http://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/software/fonts
lftp> mget *

or 

$ wget -m -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 http://mirror.lzu.edu.cn/software/fonts

2. copy them to /usr/share/fonts/truetype/ or some other directory for storing fonts.

$ sudo -s
$ cp -r /path/to/fonts/*  /usr/share/fonts/truetype/

3. uncompress the compressed ones(make sure you have the privilege)

$ unzip xxx.zip
$ tar zxf xxx.zip

4. flush the fonts' cache

$ sudo fc-cache -fv
